ARC-1110 4 Port PCI-X to SATA II RAID-Controller

The Areca 1110 SATA RAID host adapter is a high-performance PCI-X bus to SATA Disk Array host adapter. They can provide 4 SATA II peripheral devices on a single host adapter. When properly configured, the SATA host adapter can provide non-stop service with a high degree of fault tolerance through the use of RAID technology and advanced array management features.

The adapters are based on the same RAID kernel of field-proven external RAID adapter.

Applications that benefit most features from these controllers include NAS, server RAID solutions, web servers, supercomputing, near-line backup, security systems and streaming applications.
